| 摘 要： | 农村青年是我国农村的重要人力资源，成功实现社会主义新农村建设必须培养造就千千万万高素质的青年农民。这不仅是社会主义新农村建设最本质、最核心、最迫切的内容和要求，也是推进农村产业结构调整、加快农业产业化步伐、增加农民收入的重要智力和人才保障。目前中国农村青年人力资源开发的有效途径包括优先发展农村教育事业、积极建立统筹城乡劳动力市场的长效机制和努力拓展农业内部的就业空间。参7。

| Abstract: | The youth in rural area is an important category of human resource.Thousands of well educated young farmers must be trained for the construction of socialism new rural community.This is not only the most essential,core meaning and urgent requirement for the construction of socialism new rural community,but also the important intelligence and human guarantee for adjusting of industrial structure,promoting of agricultural industrialization,increasing of farmers' income.The effective ways of development of youth human resources in Chinese rural area at present are to develop rural education with priority,set up longacting mechanism of urban and rural labor market planning as a whole,and create more employment opportunities in agriculture. |
