摘    要:加强高层次创造性人才队伍建设是实施人才强国战略的重要举措,从政策效应和政策效率两方面建立了高层次创造性人才队伍建设政策机制效果的评价指标体系,运用层次分析法确定指标权重。

Abstract:To strengthen the construction of the high-level creative talent team is an important measure to implement the strategy of strengthening the country through talents.This paper has set up the evaluating indicator system to evaluate the policy mechanism effect of the high-level creative talent team construction from two aspects of policy effect and policy efficiency,the indicator weight is confirmed by AHP.
