| Abstract: | To strengthen the construction of the high-level creative talent team is an important measure to implement the strategy of strengthening the country through talents.This paper has set up the evaluating indicator system to evaluate the policy mechanism effect of the high-level creative talent team construction from two aspects of policy effect and policy efficiency,the indicator weight is confirmed by AHP. |
