| 摘 要： | 介绍了采用工控机、ＰＬＣ、配料控制器组成的配料监控系统，该系统不但提高了生产效率，而且保证了配料精度，监控软件采用多线程的设计模式，使软件运行更加平稳和流畅；采用多媒体定时器实现精确定时，本系统在实际应用中取得了很好的效果。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces monitoring system for batching process I which consists of an industrial control computer, a PLC, and a batching controller. The system not only raises efficiency, but also guarantees the accuracy of batching. The software applies multithread to make the system operation smoother t and uses multimedia timer to achieve precise timing. This system has shown good performance in practical application. |
