Facing the exist crisis and developing opportunity which college library was confronted with in the network surroundings ,this thesis ,discusses that college library must develop the readers' service which takes the innovating thinking as guide .Regarding market as guide ,taking the readers as the center work ,speeding up the building of campus information resource that regards the library holings as base ,the college library should expand the library service to the sharing resource service in the world and change the traditional service into the service in networking and informating.
