摘    要:介绍了气相色谱 -卧管式微火焰原子吸收联用测定底泥中二乙基汞的新方法 .样品经EDTA处理后 ,以正辛烷萃取 ,离心分离有机相 ,浓缩后直接进样分析 .检出限为3.5×10 -11 g,RSD为1.4 % .

Abstract:A new method has been proposed for the determination of diethylmercury in sediment by gas chromatography -atomic absorption spectrometry with horizontal pipe mini-flame atomizer equipment. The samples treated with EDTA were entracted with n-octane and centrifugalized. The concentrated organic solution was injected into GC-AAS system for analysis. Diethylmercury content in sediment samples was determined satisfacterily with a relative sdandard diviation of 1.4% and a detection limit of 3.5×10-11 g.
