| 摘 要： | 《台湾地区民法》继承篇的继承法律制度设置较为完备，法律规范比较具体、明确，其中有许多值得我国大陆继承法借鉴的一些法律特色。因台湾地区与我国大陆在风俗人情、人文价值观念等方面具有很大程度的共通性，对其民法继承篇进行述评，不仅有助于深刻地理解继承法律制度，而且还可以为我国大陆《民法典》继承篇的制定带来有价值的启示。

| Abstract: | In succession chapter of Taiwan civil law, succession legal system are set up pertectly, and regulations is definite. Among it, there are some characteristics which are worth referenced by our mainland law. Mainland and Taiwan have something in common in custom and value notion. Statement and comment on the succession chapter is not only helpful for us to understand profoundly succession law system, but also can bring us some valuable inspiration for formulating succession chapter of Mainland civil law. |
