摘    要:本研究运用产业组织理论中的SCP(Structure-Conduct-Performance)分析框架,从市场结构、市场行为和市场绩效3个方面对我国生鲜电商产业的发展进行了深度剖析,总结了生鲜电商产业的发展现状和面临的问题,并在此基础上提出相应建议,为企业调整策略适应新形势,以及政府制定合理政策引导产业健康发展提供参考.研究表明,在我国疫情防治进入常态化背景下,深度剖析生鲜电商产业的发展现状和疫情带来的产业发展新特点将对后疫情时代生鲜电商企业发展以及政府合理引导产业健康发展起到重要作用.

Abstract:In this research, the SCP(Structure-Conduct-Performance) analysis framework was adopted to study the development of fresh e-commerce industry in China from the three aspects of market structure, market behavior and market performance. Then, the current situation and problems of the fresh e-commerce industry were summarized, and provide references for enterprises to adjust their strategies to adapt to the new situation and for the government to formulate reasonable policies to guide the healthy development of the industry. The research shows that under the background of the normalization of epidemic prevention and control in China, in-depth analysis of the current industrial development status of fresh electricity suppliers in China and the new special points of industrial development brought by the epidemic will play an important fundamental role in the development of fresh electricity suppliers in the post-epidemic era. and the rational guidance of the government for the healthy development of the industry.
