摘    要:乡村振兴的最终目标就是要确保当地群众长期稳定增收、安居乐业,在此背景下,推进脱贫与乡村振兴有效衔接具有重要意义.本文基于不完全契约视角,使用中国健康与养老追踪调查(CHARLS)数据,运用中介效应模型实证检验土地关系专用性投资在农地确权影响农户收入过程中的中介作用.研究结果表明:农地确权通过农业经营投资对农户经营收入有显著的正向影响,农业经营投资起着完全的中介作用;农地确权通过转出土地投资,对农户土地流转收入具有显著的正向影响,农户转出土地投资起着不完全的中介作用;农地确权通过转入土地投资,对农户规模经营收入的增长具有促进作用,但中介作用并不明显.将农地的剩余控制权配置给投资决策相对重要的一方农户是更有效率的,要充分释放农地确权的制度红利,建立我国农户土地投资促进农户收入增长的长效机制.

Abstract:The ultimate goal of rural revitalization is to ensure the local people''s long-term stable income increase, live and work in peace and contentment. Based on the incomplete contract perspective, this paper uses the China Health and pension tracking survey (CHARLS) data, and uses the intermediary effect model to test the intermediary role of land relationship specific investment in the process of rural land ownership affecting rural household income. The results show that the investment of agricultural land right has a significant positive effect on the income of farmers, the investment of agricultural land right plays a complete intermediary role, and the investment of agricultural land right is transferred out of the land, it has a significant positive impact on farmers'' income from land transfer, and farmers'' investment in land transfer plays an incomplete intermediary role, and the confirmation of farm land right promotes the growth of farmers'' income from scale operation through the transfer of land investment, but the mediating effect is not obvious. It is more efficient to allocate the surplus control right of agricultural land to the farmers who are relatively important in investment decision-making. It is necessary to release the institutional dividend of confirming the right of agricultural land and establish a long-term mechanism of promoting the increase of farmers'' income by land investment.
