摘    要:本研究旨在为装配式预制构件客户合理选择供应商提供科学依据.国家政策的推动使得大量涌入市场的预制构件,供应商水平参差不齐,因此客户如何合理地选择与管理装配式预制构件供应商十分关键.本研究根据装配式预制构件的特性构建指标体系,通过熵值修正的最优最劣方法计算权重,建立基于云物元的综合评价模型,将装配式预制构件供应商的评价等级分为重要型、优先型、初始型、较差型和淘汰型,然后通过计算装配式预制构件供应商隶属度进行排序,并根据评价等级将供应商分类管理,为业主选择与管理供应商提供了一个新的理论依据.

Abstract:The purpose of the study is to provide scientific basis for customers to choose suppliers of prefabricatied components. Driven by national policies, now a large number of prefabricated component suppliers enter into the market and their levels are uneven. Therefore, now how to select and manage the suppliers is especially important. The study built the inder system according to the characteristics of prefabricated components, and established a comprehensive evaluation model based on cloud matter-element by using the best worst method with the entropy value correction to calculate the weight to divide the evaluation levels of prefabricated component suppliers into the types of importance, priority, initial, poor and elimination. then, the membership degrees of prefabricated component suppliers were calculated, and the suppliers were classified and managed according to the evaluation levels, to provide a new theoretical basis for owners to choose and manage suppliers.
