基于企业视角的流通动态能力分析与结构维度评价模型研究

企业动态能力的形成是企业实现知识获取、能力提升直到价值构建的重要过程,其关乎企业经营和发展是否具有可持续竞争力.对于现代流通业而言,伴随网络经济的快速发展及技术体系的成熟,流通市场竞争日趋激烈且复杂性提升.文章以三维度结构视角探讨流通企业动态能力,并构建了流通企业的结构维度评价模型,并使用因子分析的方法和假设检验的方法对流通企业结构维度进行了检验.得到结论:流通企业动态能力主要表现在企业市场导向的感知能力和知识导向的组织学习与吸收能力、资源导向的社会网络关系能力三个方面,该模型具有一定的结构效度,因而具有一定的实际应用价值,能够在很大程度服务于流通企业的动态能力提升.

Research on Circulation Dynamic Capability Analysis and Structural Dimension Evaluation Model Based on Enterprise Perspective

The formation of dynamic capabilities of an enterprise is an important process from the realization of knowledge acquisition, capability enhancement and value construction. It is related to whether the enterprise''s operation and development have sustainable competitiveness. For the modern circulation industry, with the rapid development of the network economy and the maturity of the technological system, the circulation market has become increasingly competitive and more complex. The article explores the dynamic capabilities of circulation enterprises from the perspective of three-dimensional structure, and builds a structural dimension evaluation model of circulation enterprises, and uses factor analysis and hypothesis testing methods to test the structural dimensions of circulation enterprises.Conclusion The dynamic capabilities of circulation companies are mainly manifested in three aspects: market-oriented perception capabilities, knowledge-oriented organizational learning and absorptive capabilities, and resource-oriented social network relationship capabilities. This model has a certain structural validity and therefore has a certain degree of validity. The actual application value can serve the dynamic capability improvement of circulation enterprises to a large extent.
