产业结构空间关联的网络特征对环境污染的影响研究基于中间中心度视角

深层次探究产业结构对环境的作用效果是实现生态经济的重要一环.基于各地区要素禀赋和技术水平的差异,地区之间的产业结构相互关联,使得一个地区的产业结构不仅会对本地的环境产生影响,也对邻近地区的环境产生溢出效应.为了更进一步地探究产业结构对环境污染的影响,本文基于2007～2017年中国省际面板数据,综合运用社会网络分析法和空间杜宾模型,分析产业结构空间关联的中间中心度特征对环境污染的空间效应.实证结果表明:中间中心度高的地区其产业结构演进对本地和邻近地区的环境污染均呈倒U型曲线关系,表明只有当产业结构空间关联的中间中心度达到一定阈值时,对本地和邻近地区的环境改善才具有促进作用.

A Study on the Impact of Industrial Structure Spatial Association on Environmental PollutionFrom the Perspective of Intermediate Centrality

It is an important part of ecological economy to explore the effect of structure effect on environment. Based on the difference of factor endowments and technology levels in different regions, the industrial structure among regions is interrelated, so that the industrial structure of a region will not only have an impact on the local environment, but also have a spillover effect on the environment of adjacent areas. In order to further explore the impact of industrial structure on environmental pollution, this paper is based on the 2007-2017 China provincial panel data, using social network analysis method and spatial Doberman model to analyze the spatial effect of network characteristics of industrial structure on environmental pollution. The empirical results show that the evolution of industrial structure has an inverted U-shaped curve relationship with the environmental pollution of local and adjacent areas in the region with high intermediate centrality, which indicates that only when the intermediate centrality of industrial structure spatial correlation reaches a certain threshold, can the environmental improvement of local and adjacent areas be promoted.
