基于DIIS理论的科技智库人才复合型知识需求分析以基础研究政策分析为例

根据我国一级学科目录,分析了数据-信息-研判-方案(Data-Information-Intelligence-Solution,DIIS)理论每一个环节与各学科的关联性,分析结果表明,大部分学科都与DIIS方法具有较强的关联性.此外,以科技智库研究中的基础研究政策分析为例,识别出其中所需要的背景知识,且据此提出了为我国科技智库培养复合型知识人才体系的建议.分析认为,智库人才需具有复合型特征,科技智库人才由于科学技术与经济社会的复杂互动,需具有更为多元的复合知识背景.

Analysis of the Demand of Interdisciplinary Knowledge of Science and Technology Think Tank Talents Based on DIIS TheoryTaking Basic Research Policy Analysis as an Example

According to the first-level discipline catalogue of China, the correlation between each link of DIIS(Data-Information-Intelligence-Solution) theory and each discipline was analyzed, and the analyzing results showed that most of the disciplines were strongly related to the DIIS method. In addition, by taking the policy analysis of basic research in the research of science and technology think tank as an example, the background knowledge needed in the research was identified, and based on this, the suggestions on a system for cultivation of compound knowledge system for talents of science and technology think tanks in China were put forward. The analysis shows that the talents of think tanks need to have compound characteristics, while the talents of science and technology think tanks need to have more diversified compound knowledge background due to the complex interaction between science and technology and economy and society.
