基于Flexsim的生产线平衡优化

摘    要:以C公司动机装配线的工艺流程为研究对象,分析了工艺流程中存在的工序编排不合理、工人操作不规范等影响生产线平衡的现象.根据现场布局运用Flexsim仿真软件进行建模仿真,发现瓶颈工序,并运用5W1H和ECRS原则,工艺流程程序表和双手操作分析图的结合来改善生产线上存在的问题.最后对改善前与改善后进行了对比,显示改善后的工时缩短,改善后的产能平衡率由75%提高至81%,提高了6%,生产线整体效益提高,验证了改善方案的可行性.

Abstract:Taking the process flow of the C company''s motivational assembly line as the research object, the circumstance such as unreasonable process arrangement and irregular operation of workers in the process flow that affect the balance of the production line were analyzed. According to the site layout, the Flexsim simulation software was used to conduct modeling and simulation to find the bottleneck process. The 5W1H and ECRS principles, process flow schedule and two-hand operation analysis diagram were used to improve the problems on the production line, and finally, the situation before and after improvement was compared, showing that the improved working hours were shortened, and the improved capacity balance rate were increased from 75% to 81%, which has increased by 6%, and the overall efficiency of the production line was improved, so the feasibility of the improvement plan was verified.
