摘    要:视频信噪比(SNR)是微光摄像机的一项重要的综合性指标,对它的测试与分析在评价和设计新型微光摄像机方面起着相当重要的作用。该文通过数字存储示波器与微机联合测试视频SNR,从而建立性能完善的微光摄像机信号噪声特性测试系统,并论述了数字存储示波器用于测试视频SNR时外触发电路的设计与制作过程。

Abstract:Video signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) is an important com-prehensive performance index of the Low Light Level (LLL) Camera.Test and analysis of SNR play a very important role in evaluating anddesigning new LLL Cameras. Video SNR is tested by using digitalstorage oscilloscope with computer, and a perfect LLL Camera signaland noise property test system is set up. This paper presents the de-signing and assembling process of the external trigger circuit of thedigital storage oscilloscope for testing video SNR.
