大同市城市防洪工程体系分析

针对大同市市政排水管网多数系统排放能力偏低。配套管网少，管护力度不够，防涝能力不足的问题，提出了应采取定期清理河道、健全管理制度、增加维护经费、提高设防标准等措施来搞好城市防洪工程的建设。
