| 摘 要： | 系统介绍了城市地理信息系统(UGIS)的概念及框架结构。提出了系统设计的理论方法。从硬件、软件、数据库、人员4方面分析了系统设计。介绍了从系统效率、可靠性、可扩展性、可移植性、效益5方面对系统设计进行评价的要求。
