GMA类丙烯酸粉末涂料流变性能的研究

摘    要:采用威森伯格流变仪和挤出式毛细管流变仪,对影响甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯类丙烯酸粉末涂料流变性能的诸多因素,如基体树脂的分子量,颜(填)料用量,流平剂用量,固化剂用量等进行了较为详细的研究。回归出了树脂重均分子量,温度与树脂熔体粘度之间的两个线性方程,并测出了钛白粉在该体系中的临界颜料体积浓度,从而得出了一些对粉末涂料后加工具有指导意义的结论。

Abstract:The effects of many factors on the rheological properties of GMA-type acrylic powder coatings, such as Mw pigment volume concentration (p), dosage of flowpromotor, crosslinking agent and temperature, have been investigated in detail. Moreover,two linear equations concerning the melt viscosity of resin with its Mw and temperature respectively have been obtained. At the same time, the critical pigment volume concentrahon(cp) has also been determined with titanium dioxide as filling compound so that some theoretical guidance on processing of GMA-type acrylic powder coatings has been provided.
