数学类应用型人才培养方案的研究与实践

摘    要:培养方案是人才培养的顶层设计,为了培养创新人才,首先必须制定科学的培养方案。本文收集并研究了20多所高校数学类专业的现行培养方案及专业建设方面的有关资料,以及对用人单位的负责人进行访问或电话调查结果,分析了当前就业市场、IT产业经营与管理对数学类专业人才的需求状况以及对本专业毕业生知识、能力和素质的要求,提出了在数学类专业实行3+1的培养模式。

Abstract:The educational program is a top-level design for talents training.In order to cultivate creative talents,we must make a scientific training program first.This paper collects and investigates the existing educational program of mathematics major and relative records of specialty construction in more then 20 universities.Through interviewing with heads of employing units or the results from telephone survey,it analyzes the current job market,the requirement of management and administration of IT industry for mathematics professionals,as well as the requirement of knowledge,ability and quality for graduates.It puts forward the 3+1 training model in mathematics major.
