安徽省苦草属种子的扫描电镜观察

摘    要:为了研究苦草必植物的多样性,对安徽省董铺水库和六安市新河大塘产的水鳖科刺苦草和长梗苦草种子进行了扫描电镜观察。研究发现刺苦草种子的翅2-5枚,较短,为种子的1/2-2/3;而其另一个居群种子的翅2-3枚,与种子近等长,并且翅较厚。长梗苦草种子有许多腺状突起,而其另一个居群种子光骨。本文将刺苦草和长梗苦草各建立一个新变种,即:长翅刺苦草(Vallisneria spinulosa var.longalis)和细果长梗苦草(V.longipedunculata var.linearicarpa)。

Abstract:In order to study the diversity of Vallisneria, the seeds ofVallisneria spinulosa and V. longipedunculata from the Dongpu Reservoir of Hefei city and Xinhe of Liuan City in Anhui Province were Aubjected to observation with SEM. The seed wings of V. spinulosa were 2~5 in number, about 1/2~2/3 in length of the seed itself, but those of another variety were 2~3 in number, nearly equal to the seed in length and thicker. The seed of V. longipedunculata was coated with many glandiform spines, but that of another variety is smooth. Two new varieties were found in this work, namely V. spinulosa var. longalis and V. longipedunculata var. linearicarpa.
