自行车外变速系统综合试验台设计的理论与实践

摘    要:通过对外变速自行车在道路骑行时人的双脚蹬踏驱动过程、手对变速装置控制过程的模拟以及对骑行阻力的分析和模拟,用试验台替代道路骑行,实现了对外变速系统的可靠性、耐久性等综合性能进行定量检测的目标.为外变速系统的制造商、整车制造商和产品质量监督机构提供了一种有效的检测手段.

Abstract:A test bed for gearshift bike is introduced in this paper. In order to quantitatively measure the reliability, the durability and synthetic property, the process of treading by foot and controlling gearbox by hand are simulated on the test bed. Meanwhile, the resistance of riding is analyzed and simulated on this test bed. Thus, an efficient method of measure is presented to the manufacturer of gearshift system arfd bicycle and the monitoring organization of productive quality.
