小叶女贞果实花色素的开发利用研究

摘    要:本文对小叶女贞果实花色素进行了研究,并测定其种子中的氨基酸和油脂含量。结果表明,小叶女贞果实花色素含量高达1200~1600mg/100g,种子中的氨基酸和油脂含量为14.3%和18.7%。

Abstract:In this paper, the anthocyanidin of the fruit of Ligustrum quihoui was studied, and the amino acid and the oil content of the seed were measured. The results showed that the anthocyanidin content of the fruit is as high as 1200-1600mg/100g, and the amino acid and the oil content of the seed arc 14.3% and 18.7% respectively.
