摘    要:通过对轿车后悬架系统力学建模,推导了双筒减振器在车轮平面和车轴平面内的受力计算公式,并结合试验数据和实验参数对后悬架进行受力分析,从试验和系统动力学角度分析了减振器出现偏摩现象的原因有;车辆装配后,减振器活塞杆不严格垂直而产生附加动载荷;道路不平和车速较高时,冲击过大而使减振器活塞杆产生突加弯曲实验,实验结果表明,后者是导致减振器出现偏摩现象的主要原因。

Abstract:Dynamic loads acting on a shock absorber were derived both in the wheel and the axle planes by modeling mechanically car rear suspensions, and the internal and external forces of piston rods were analyzed according to the testing data and the practical parameters. From viewpoint of the whole car assembly, that the piston rods are hardly perfectly placed in their positions between the suspension and body causes an additional dynamic loading. Key factors such as road unevenness, very high car speed and severe shock induced vibrations were studied, which leads to sudden bending moments and dramatically increasing shock loading. All those possibilities may easily produce the lateral friction of the piston rods of rear suspensions. The results from theoretical and experimental analysis are systematically significant and beneficial to the improvement of shock absorbers.
