摘    要:铅是一种对人体危害极大的重金属元素,它对水体产生的污染严重影响人类的正常生活。采用活性炭为吸附材料,研究其对废水中铅的吸附作用和机理。研究内容分以下几方面:选用吸附剂粒径、吸附剂用量、搅拌时间、pH、废水浓度以及吸附剂再生等因素对吸附效果影响的探讨。试验结果表明,该活性炭可不选粒径直接使用,活性炭用量为2.0g/100mL,室温下搅拌(110r/min)30min,pH选择6-7,经处理后,废水的铅离子去除率最高可达99.3%,剩余浓度是0.08mg/L,低于《国家污水综合排放标准》(GB25466-2010)的一级标准。

Abstract:Lead is a kind of heavy metal which does great harm to human,it brings water pollution and affect human's normal life seriously. In this paper, Activated Carbon is used as adsorbent material to study its mechanism of Lead adsorption . This paper mainly studies the adsorption effect on the following aspects: aperture of adsorbent ,dosage of adsorbent ,agitation time. pH ,concentration of wastewater and regeneration of adsorbents. The result showed that the carbon can be used directly without choosing size, eontroling the dosage of Activated Carbon at 2.0g/100mL, agitating is 30minutes under room temperature (110r/min) and pH is 6 -7. the highest removal rate of lead can reach 99.3% and the residual concentration is 0.08mg/L, which is below the 1 st standard of national sewage effluent diseharge standards (GB25466 -2010).
