摘    要:冷轧机弯辊集自动控制技术、液压伺服技术、流体动力学、轧制辊系变形等学科于一体,用传统传递函数建立的系统数学模型计算结果与实际差距较大.本文基于MATLAB的SIMULINK平台,应用影响函数法精确地计算了弯辊缸的负载等效刚度,建立了能够详尽描述弯辊系统的数学模型.模拟结果表明,半闭环弯辊系统的阶跃响应时间为0.115 s,与实测阶跃响应吻合.考虑管道影响后,实际弯辊力响应时间为半闭环弯辊系统的2倍.

Abstract:The roll bending system of cold rolling mill involves in automatic control technology, hydraulic servo technology, fluid dynamics and rolls deformation. The calculation result of the mathematical model based on the traditional transfer function has bigger error margin than the practice. In this paper, the detailed mathematical model of the work roll bending is established. The load equivalent stiffness is calculated accurately by using the method of influence function. The work roll bending system simulation is conducted on the platform within the SIMULINK environment of the MATLAB software. The simulation results show that the response time of semi-closed loop is 0.115 s for the work roll bending system. It equals to the actually measured response time. Considering the influence of pipeline, the response time of bending force is 2 times of the semi-closed loop.
