笔记本电脑散热器数值模拟及设计优化

摘    要:笔记本电脑的有效散热是其安全运行的前提,随着笔记本电脑CPU功耗的增大及笔记本电脑小型化的要求日益突出,笔记本电脑对散热提出了更高要求.利用Fluent对不同尺寸的散热器模型进行了数值模拟,通过比较模拟结果和实验数据对实验所用笔记本电脑散热器进行了设计优化.通过比较得出了加长翅片长度到15mm可以有效地提高散热效果的结论,并提出了对不同用途的笔记本电脑的散热器选型建议.

Abstract:The effective radiation of laptop is the precondtion of safe operation, the requirement of laptop radiation becomes higher and higher with the langer CPU power consuption and smaller scale.The numerical simulation is carried out for radiation model with different size by using Fluent, and the design optimization is carried out by comparing the simulation results and actual results.The results show that the radiation effects are improved by lengthening the fin to 15 mm, and some radiator selection principles are proposed for different laptops.
