淘宝网贴心生活服务的精准营销策略

摘    要:以作为阿里巴巴集团旗下的在线购物平台的淘宝网(Taobao.com)为研究对象,探讨其精准营销策略;采用文献阅读的研究方法,对淘宝网通过互动交流,数据库的使用和因时因地与其他社交媒体合作几种情况进行精准营销的模式进行探究;以深入了解淘宝网不仅使自己成为消费者热衷购物的平台,更作为贴心的生活服务者其精准营销满足了用户的不同需求.在此基础上,从用户体验的角度为淘宝网的精准营销提供有用的借鉴.

Abstract:Taobao, as the online shopping platform of Alibaba, is the research object, and its precision marketing is discussed.By using the research method of literature reading, the use of date base and some Precision marketing modes are discussed.Taobao becomes a popular platform and satisfies the requirements for different users with a considerate service.It provides a reference for the precision malketing of Taobao from the perspective of user experience.
