| 摘 要： | 对高校公共教学仪器设备使用过程中出现的"公地悲剧"现象进行了初步探讨,分析了"公地悲剧"产生的原因,从制定规章制度、寻求技术支持、加强人员队伍建设以及采取有偿使用手段等几个方面阐述了 "公地悲剧" 的解决之道,对高校公共教学仪器设备的管理具有借鉴意义.
