| 摘 要： | 将AS818菌剂接种于盆栽草莓的根系，分析了AS818菌剂对草莓连作障碍的影响。结果表明，AS818菌剂能显著增加草莓的叶绿素含量，促进草莓的生长发育，提高草莓的生物量；同时，使超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性上升，丙二醛(MDA)含量下降，细胞膜相对透性降低，根系活力增强。表明AS818菌剂能显著增强草莓的抗连作障碍的能力。

| Abstract: | The effects of AS818 on replant disease of strawberry were studied through inoculating strawberry with AS818 in pot cultures. The results showed that AS818 can not only significantly increase chlorophyll content of strawberry leaf, improve the growth and development of strawberry plants, enhance strawberry's biomass, but also enhance SODase activity and root TTC reducing activity, reduce MDA content and cell membrane relative permeability. As a result, AS818 is able to protect strawberry against replant disease remarkably. |
