ZL101合金定向凝固固液界面温度场模拟及过冷度预测

摘    要:在研究了一系列定向凝固温度分布的数学模型的基础上,以ZL101合金为研究对象,对前人所提出的固液界面温度场模型,进行了最小二乘优化,将其进行了数值模拟,并进一步推导了在不同温度下,距离状态点的过冷度表达式,通过此表达式可以预测各状态点的过冷度情况,并分析与过冷度相关的一些金属学参量。

Abstract:Based on the study of a series of mathematical models of directional solidification temperature field, ZL101 alloy is studied by using least square law; hence, the S-L interface temperature field which is put forward by predecessors is optimized and the model is developed by mathematical simulation. Furthermore, a supercool formula with different state of temperature and distance is deduced.By the formula, every state of supercool can be predicted and some metallurgy parameters can also be analyzed .
