论高校图书馆"学科馆员"队伍建设

高校图书馆建立“学科馆员”制度具有现实性和紧迫性。高校图书馆的“学科馆员”岗位职责人员素质对我国高校图书馆人力资源在现有基础上提出新要求：通过管理创新，构建高校人力资源的开放系统，是培养“学科馆员”队伍的前提；建立行之有效的人员选拔和培训制度，是“学科馆员”制度得以顺利实施的关键；人才引进是“学科馆员”制度能够深入发展的保障；科学的人才激励、竞争机制是实现“学科馆员”制度的重要手段。

On the Construction of Disciplinary Librarian System in College Libraries
