新型光纤高温高压传感器的研究

摘    要:针对油井下温度、压力测试要求,研究了一种新型的光纤式温度压力传感器。传感器基于光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)和Fabry-Perot(F-P)腔传感原理,能同时检测压力和温度。F-P腔的压力系数远大于温度系数,并通过温度补偿保证传感器的测试精度。经实验室标定和测试,传感器压力检测的精度达到±0.5%F.S.,温度检测精度达到±0.5℃。对油井下的温度压力测试有重要意义。

Abstract:This paper investigates a new type of temperature and pressure optical fiber sensor to satisfy the requirements of temperature and pressure measurement in an oil well, which is based on the principle of Fiber Bragg Grating (FBG) and Fabry-Perot (F-P) cavity, which can detect beth temperature and pressure, and which can guarantee the measurement accuracy of a sensor by temperature compensation because the pressure coefficient of a F-P cavity is much bigger than its temperature coefficient. The results that it is calibrated and tested in a lab show that its pressure accuracy is ±0.5 % F.S. and its temperature accuracy is ±0.5℃, so it has important meaning for the temperature and pressure measurement of an oil well.
