摘    要:将突变级数法和指标偏离度思想相结合, 提出基于突变级数法的障碍诊断模型. 该模型对诊断目标进行多层次分解, 然后利用突变理论与模糊数学相结合产生突变模糊隶属函数, 再对 指标偏离度进行综合量化运算, 得到各层次指标的障碍水平, 进而对指标障碍水平进行排序分析.模型 既考虑了诊断对象的动态性, 又在诊断过程中避免了指标权重计算, 克服了主观赋权的局限, 提供了障 碍诊断的新思路, 拓展了突变级数法的应用.利用该模型对我国327家中小企业上市公司2009年的成长性 障碍进行了诊断, 得到各个公司在成长能力、盈利能力、资金营运能力、市场预期和公司规模5个方面的 障碍水平, 深化了中小企业成长性评价的研究, 结果也验证了模型的有效性.

Abstract:Combining the principles of catastrophe progression method and index deviation degree, this paper develops an obstacle diagnosis model based on the catastrophe progression method. The model decomposes diagnosis targets multilevelly, generate catastrophe fuzzy membership functions combining catastrophe theory and fuzzy mathematics, calculate index deviation degree quantitatively, and then get obstacle level of all indexes, so as to sort and analyse the obstacle level of index. With the dynamic developing features of diagnosis objects taken into account, the model offers a new thinking of obstacle diagnosis without index weight, expanding the applications of catastrophe progression method. We apply the model for diagnosing growth obstacles of 327 listed SME companies in 2009. Thus we get obstacle level of 5 aspects including growth ability, profitability, capital operation ability and market expectation, enterprise scale of each SMEs, expanding the study of SMEs growth and proving the validity of this model.
