汽车尾气污染及其危害

目前,人为活动排放的污染物已经大大超过大气环境容量的极限.汽车尾气排放已经成为北京市空气污染的最重要的原因之一.汽车尾气直接排放的污染物及其在大气里产生的光化学烟雾,对人体健康和大气环境造成了严重的危害.为了保护人民的身体健康和生存环境安全,解决环境监测评价与民众的实际感受的巨大差异,以及PM2.5引起的环境争议问题,进一步研究治理大气污染,切实改善空气环境质量,已经迫在眉睫,势在必行.

To protect the health of the public and to settle the great difference between both the reports of monitor and assessment of the air environment provided by the Beijing environment monitor center and the real experience of the public, and to settle the controversy of the air environmental quality problem induced by that the United States Embassy in Beijing monitored and published the PM2.5 in the air environment, and truly to improve the bad air quality state, it is suggested that the Beijing government should control increasing speedily of the amount of the cars being used and decrease air pollution of car exhaust in Beijing.
