摘    要:高校教师教学水平的评定,由诸多复杂的评价因素决定。为使评价具有广泛性和客观性,结合高校的实际情况,以模糊综合评价算法为基础,考虑评价主体的多元化和评价因素的层次性,设计出高校教师的评价系统。该系统减少了评价的主观因素影响,使得评价结果更为客观和准确,具有很强的应用价值。

Abstract:Teaching level assessment is determined by many complex evaluation factors.This paper,based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation algorithm,designs the evaluation system of university teachers.This system reduces the influence of subjective factors,making the results more objective and accurate,and has a significant application value.
