上海市11种常规粳稻抗稻瘟病基因分子标记检测

摘    要:利用分子标记检测技术,对9种参加2020年上海市水稻区域试验的品种和2种本课题组新培育的新品系的共10个抗稻瘟病基因位点进行了检测.结果显示,Pi37,Pi41,Pi-d23个基因在11种水稻中出现的频率达100%,Pi2,Pi5,Pi9,Pi36,Pikm和Pib抗性基因在11种水稻中出现的频率分别为18.18%,9...

Abstract:In this study, by using these known molecular markers together with PCR technology, 10 rice blast resistance gene loci were amplified in 9 new rice varieties that were involved in 2020 Shanghai Regional Trial and 2 rice lines that were developed in our laboratory. Our results indicated that the occurrence frequency of Pi37, Pi41, and Pi-d2 genes was 100%, while the distribution frequency of Pi2, Pi5, Pi9, Pi36, Pikm, Pib and Pigm genes in 11 tested rice varieties/lines was 18.18%, 9.09%, 36.36%, 90.9%, 9.09%, 81.81%, and 0, respectively. Collectively, the results of this study provided scientific evidence for pyramiding more blast resistant genes and breeding new rice varieties with broad-spectrum rice blast resistance.
