| 摘 要： | 本文报道了一种可调谐紫外激光的实验装置,给出了实验装置上所得实验结果。用N_2激光泵浦染料激光。经KDP晶体倍频,获得了287.5至292.5nm的连续可调紫外激光。对提高输出能量和增强稳定性方面进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | In this paper, an experimental device of a tunable UV laser and the experiment results obtained on the device are presented. A continuously tunable UV laser at 287.5-292.5nm is generated by doubled-frequency dye laser pumped by the N laser in KDP crystal. The problems of increasing output power and improving stability are also discussed. |
