摘    要:介绍了一种以 80 98单片机为核心 ,由无刷直流电机、IGBT- PWM逆变器等构成的 80 98单片机智能控制的 BDCM交流伺服系统 .控制算法采用 FUZZY- PID控制规律实现系统的智能控制 .现场运行结果表明了该系统性能优越 :系统响应快、速度基本无超调、调速范围宽、定位精度高、力矩脉动小、抗扰能力好、鲁棒性强

Abstract:An AC servosystem with intelligent control for BDCM, which is consists of an 8098 monolithic computer as its kernel, a BDCM, and an inverter IGBT PWM, is introduced. The controlling strategy of FUZZY PID is adopted into control algorithm in order to realize intelligent control of the system. The result of field operation with this system has shown that its performance is excellent, having fast system response, almost no speed overshoot, wide range of speed regulation, high accuracy of positioning, little torque fluctuation, fine anti disturbance ability, and strong robustness.
