一种库存比例积分控制器及其系统动力学仿真

将比例积分控制原理应用于供应链库存控制的研究,设计了一种两级供应链环境下的库存比例积分控制器,并利用系统动力学方法构建了两级供应链库存比例积分控制器的动态仿真模型,最后通过实例仿真得出了实现牛鞭效应、库存水平、库存波动、缺货的协调控制的控制增益组合,并给出了系统内部结构上的解释.结果表明,在合适的控制增益组合下,供应链库存比例积分控制器能有效的缓解供应链系统中的牛鞭效应、降低库存水平及库存波动幅度、减少缺货的发生等.

PI Controller design for Inventory Control and Its System Dynamics Simulation
