| Abstract: | At the meeting on January 10,2001,Comrade Jiang Ze-Ming pointed out ,we should constantly strengthen our socialistic law and virtue and administer our state by them ,on the report of the sixteenth conference of our party ,Jiang Zeming emphasized the close relationship between law and virtue. This passage tells that there is not only the theoretical foundation ,but also practical foundation for the tight combination of administering our state by virtue and law. So we should endlessly search after the way and the approach of it, and push on spiritual civilization and political civilization so as to struggle for constructing a well-off society in an all-round way. |
