摘    要:在分析声表面波(SAW)传感器机理的基础上,提出一种新型的磁流体-声表面波传感器(MF-SAW),建立起工作在均匀磁场中的MF-SAW理论模型,并进行数值求解,讨论不同磁场强度下的SH-SAW传播相速度、能量损耗特性。结果表明,通过改变磁流体黏性,磁场强度与SH-SAW传播属性具有较好的曲线关系,有助于对MF-SAW传感器的进一步研究分析。

Abstract:Based on analysis of surface acoustic wave (SAW) sensor mechanism, a new type of magnetic fluid surface acoustic wave sensor (MF-SAW) has been put forward. The MF-SAW theoretical model has been established in a uniform magnetic field and numerical solution has been discussed. Then the phase velocity of SH-SAW propagation and energy loss characteristics have been discussed under different magnetic field strength. The result shows that by changing the viscosity of magnetic fluid, the curve between magnetic field strength and SH-SAW propagation properties has a good relationships, it contributes to further analysis for MF-SAW sensor.
