热屏开槽对行波管阴极-热子组件热学性能的影响

摘    要:运用实验和ANSYS软件仿真相结合的方法,对阴极-热子组件内侧热屏开槽后整个组件的温度和热流进行了研究。结果表明:在内侧热屏上适当的开槽可以改善阴极-热子组件的热学性能,显著地减少热屏向底座方向上的热流。计算机仿真结果和实验测量数据基本吻合。

Abstract:The distribution of temperature and heat flux of the whole cathode-heater assemblies after it's inner shield was opening groove by the method combining is investigated.Experiment measurement with ANSYS simulation.The results show that the opening groove of the inner part of heat shield can improve the distribution of temperature of cathode-heater component,and can greatly decrease the heat flux in the direction of heat shield to base.The results of computer simulation are in good accord with experiment data...
