油田污水在新型油水分离器中的实验研究

摘    要:油田在注水开采或注聚合物开采过程中都会产生大量的含油污水.开发一种高效污水处理器对提高水处理效率和降低油田成本具有重要意义.针对新型高效污水处理装置进行了实验研究.结果表明油水分离效率随着单杯液面下降速度的增加而降低.随着供液含水率的增加而降低.分离器亲水性、内部隔板、滤料类型对分离效果有明显影响.

Abstract:During the processes of water flooding and polymer flooding, oilfield would produce a lot of oily sewage. Therefore, to develop an efficient sewage processor would be of great significance to improve water treatment efficiency and reduce the cost. This article conducted an experimental study on the new efficient sewage processor, the result indicates that oil-water separation efficiency drops along with the increase in descending speed of single cup liquid surface, also drops with the increase in of water ratio feed flow. The water wettability of separator, the type of internal baffle and filter material in the separator also possess obvious influence on the separation efficiency.
