磁悬浮水平振动台的研究

摘    要:本文设计研究了磁悬浮水平振动工作台。对影响振动台性能的主要因素进行了优化设。提出了磁极工作气隙的设计原则,阐述了合理选择工作气隙是提高磁悬浮刚度和力反馈灵敏度的有效途径。使用结果表明,这种磁悬浮工作台具有较强的实用价值。

Abstract:A magnetic suspension horizontal vibration bench was designed and studied. The optimization of the main factors which affect the performance of the vibration bench was made and the design principle of the air gap between the magnetic poles is given. It is pointed out that the effective way to improve the magnetic suspension stiffness and the feedback sensitivity of force is to select the air gap reasonably. The results obtained indicate that the developed magnetic vibration bench is of good practical value.
