| 摘 要： | 以石油醚取代正庚烷和乙醚作为萃取剂对麦角固醇含量进行了测定，并分析和比较了皂化，干细胞或湿细胞提取等条件对麦角固醇含量测定的影响，在此基础上，提出了一种快速测定发酵液中酵母麦角固醇含量的方法。

| Abstract: | The determination of ergosterol content in yeast cells with petroleum ether extraction and the influences of saponification conditions and extraction in dry or wet cells on it are discussed.On the basis,a method is described which permits rapid determination of ergosterol content in yeast cells in fermentation broths. |
