| Abstract: | By analysing the exist problem causes of the youth teachers joining the Party,this paper emphasized the importance and urgence of strengthening the work of cultivating actively youth teachers who want to join the Party and developing Party members.Also,it put forward some concrete measures of developing Party members in the youth teachers. |
