| 摘 要： | 摸清我国煤矿自然灾害状况是一项十分重要的基础工作，本文力图通过对影响我国煤矿安全生产的自然灾害进行分析，找出制约我国煤炭安全生产的主要灾害因素，推算出受主要灾害约束的煤炭生产能力，提出应对自然灾害的治理措施。

| Abstract: | It＇ s essential to know the condition of coal mine natural disasters in our country.Through the analysis of natural disasters which affect the secure production of our coal mine,this paper aims to find out the main disaster elements limit the secure production of our coal mine,figure out the coal production capacity limited by the disaster,propose some measures deal with the natural disasters. |
