| 摘 要： | 本研究分析了隐性知识的特点、知识转移的特点和隐性知识转移的特征，指出人和技术是隐性知识转移的两个重要维度。隐性知识的流动和转移是一个不断反复、不断修正、不断完善的叠代过程，“专家咨询模式”存在N重互动关系。隐性知识的流动与转移是隐性知识价值化的必要路径，也是惟一途径。

| Abstract: | This research analyzes the characteristics of implicit knowledge, the characteristics of knowledge transfer and the characteristics of implicit knowledge transfer, and points out that man and technology are the two important dimensions of tacit knowledge transfer. The flow and transfer of tacit knowledge is a superposition and substitution process of constant repetition, constant revision, and constant perfection. The "Expert Counseling Modal" has N interactive relationships. The flow and transfer of implicit knowledge is the necessary path for tacit knowledge valuation, and also the only path. |
