| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法,调查、研究了阜阳市老年人体育锻炼现状。结果表明,存在老年人锻炼时间不科学、科学锻炼的意识薄弱、家庭经济收入少、无空闲时间和精力参与锻炼、锻炼场所分散、学校体育资源浪费等问题,针对以上问题,提出了相关建议,期望为促进老年人体育事业发展提供理论支持。

| Abstract: | Current situation of the age＇s physical exercise is researched, by methods of document literature, questionnaire survey, interviewing and mathematical statistics. Results show that there are problems of unscientific exercise time, weak consciousness of scientific exercise, low income, no free time and vigor for participation, disperse exercise place and wasting of school sport resources. Aiming at the problems, we propose relevant suggestions, and hope to provide theoretical support for the aged exercise career development. |
