| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查和访谈等研究方法,调查、研究了淮南市居民家庭体育健身的状况。结果表明,存在参与意识淡薄、健身内容趋于多样化、组织形式单一等情况。建议加强宣传、引导,吸引居民追求健康、文明生活方式,提高生活质量的体育价值观;加大全民体育公益事业设施建设的资金投入力度,改善体育健身的软硬件设施条件。

| Abstract: | The residents＇ exercise status in Huainan city was investigated by methods of questionnaire and interview. Status of lack of participation conscious, diversified fitness contents and unitary organization form were found out. Thus, suggests were proposed that propaganda and guide should be reinforced to attract the resident pursuing the sports values of health, civilized life style and improved quality of life; the hardware and software of fitness should be improved by increasing investment in public sports welfare facilities. |
