核钙的转运及其调节作用

摘    要:游离钙离子在胞浆内的重要作用及其与许多疾病发生发展的关系已经得到大量的阐明并应用于临床,随着研究的深入,细胞核内的游离钙离子逐渐被人们所认知和重视,从20世90年代初核膜上的钙离子被发现开始,人们逐步发现了细胞核内存在着独立的钙运输系统,核钙也逐步成为一个热门的研究课题。近来,大量的研究表明,核钙参与核内许多生理过程的调控,核钙稳态的失衡也可能与许多的病理生理过程有关。

Abstract:The core function of dissociate Ca2 + out of nucleus in the cell and the important role it plays in many diseases' occurring and developing processes have got plenty of explications and been applied clinically. The research goes further and further. Dissociate Ca2+ in nucleus has been gradually known by people and got much attention. Since the discovery of the receptor of Ca2+ on the nuclear membrane in 1990s, people have gradually found that there is an independent transportation system of Ca2 + in nucleus. Nuclear calcium has also become a greatly demanded research subject. Recently, lots of researches have shown that nuclear Ca2+ takes part in the regulation in a lot of physiological courses in nucleus , and the unbalanced state of nuclear maybe related with a lot of pathology physiological courses.
